New owners for Oberon's taxi

When Ashdeep Nash brought a taxi service to Oberon last year it was very welcome. Ashdeep is moving interstate and NSW laws require that taxi owners live in this state so there was a possibility that Oberon would lose this valuable resource.
The good news is that locals Glen Stewart, Ashley Brazier and Belinda Leihn have stepped up and bought the business. The new owners promise that the excellent service will continue, with the added advantage that there will now be 24 hour availability. There's still some inevitable bureaucratic paperwork to go through but it's "business as usual".

In another piece of good news, the partnership with Live Better
continues to provide discount vouchers for taxi travel. With few
exceptions, anyone can use a Live
Better voucher to receive a
$10
discount per taxi trip. Simply call
(Mon-Fri 10AM-2PM) to register yourself or a family member
with Live Better. Once registered, Live Better will provide you with
a voucher and client number which you can present to the taxi driver
to receive the discount.
