Oberon Pony Club

Once again we have hosted a successful fund-raising event for our club. Without these days and our volunteers, our club would not be where it is today. It has been a great way to help us, for the past 25 years, updating and renewing equipment and assisting with uniforms. So from the club, we appreciate your contribution. So, special thank you to those who could contribute their time this weekend! You know who you are. I am grateful team Thank you to the sellers and the community for supporting our event.

Thursday golf results for March 5

The winner was Brian Wright with 31 points. Runner up went to Laurie Murphy.

Balls went to Harold Lyme, Phil Cummings, Peter Griffiths, Sharly Rose, Chris Boardman, Jesse Graham and Eric Whalan.

Nearest to the pin on the 17th was won by Chris Boardman.

Huge congratulations to our Year 6 student Isabel who was selected as the Hockey goalkeeper in the polding team for the NSWCPS polding trials in May! Well done Izzy! Your hard work and enthusiasm has paid off!

More Exciting news from our Winter Trials on Friday! Congratulations to Matt Joseph for making the Diocesan Rugby League team and Hudson for making the Diocesan Netball team! They will now compete in the Diocesan team at the polding Trials in May. Well done and best of luck

Inclusive Athletics

Last Wednesday, MC students travelled to Bathurst for an exciting All Inclusive Athletics Sports Day at Cubis Park, Eglinton! They took part in events including discus, shot put, javelin, sprints (50m, 60m, 80m) and relays. It was a fantastic day full of fun, teamwork and learning new skills - all while focusing on safety and building social connections. Well done to all the students for their amazing efforts!
