Fabulous day at Oberon Show! Huge thank you to Tony Sweetland judging our showjumping! also thank you to all the people that setup, packup, steward and organise this event! Great day out! We also did sporting however I didn’t get any photos!

The winner on a count back with 29 points was Mark Ryan. Runner up went to Eric Whalan.

Balls went to Tim Arnison, Paul Behan, Trevor Long, Jason Barllett, Blake Fitzpatrick and Josh Glazebrook.

Nearest to the pin on the 1st was won Wayne Boserio.

Saturdays Comp Results with 41 starters.

A Grade was won by Peter Hutchison with 38pts, runner up was Terry Robinson with 37pts.

B Grade was won by Brett Newstead with 39pts, runner up was Anthony McGrath with 35 OCB.

Swimming Champions!

Oberon Public School held its annual swimming carnival on Friday 6th February at the Oberon Pool Complex. Student participation was high and it was great to see students entering themselves in new races. The level of sportsmanship and house spirit was excellent and gave the carnival a great feel. A big thank you to all the parents who volunteered and assisted on the day, your support is greatly appreciated. Congratulations to Hampton who were the winning house. Congratulations to all our students on a fantastic carnival.

Junior Girls: Sophie Gibbons, Runner Up: Frankie Evans.
Junior Boys: James McMahon, Runner Up: Fletcher Christie-Johnston.
11 Years Girls: Grace McDermott, Runner Up: Ava Thompson.
