There's always time for some sport.October 23, 2025
Summer Soccer Fun Oberon United is holding a seven aside summer soccer competition. Why not get a team together, come play and have some fun. The comp starts in November. Thursday night will be for the 12 years to 18 years. Friday night will be for the adults. Kids ages - 12 years to 18 Team must consist of 3 girls on the field at all times. There are seven on the field so a team of 9-10 would be ideal for subs etc or if a player can't make it every week. The club is happy for you to make your own team, you will just need to let the club know who is in your team and your team's name so that we can put the team together. Also, you can organise your own strip (uniform) and have you team name put on them with numbers. If you can't, we can try and organise something for you. There are a few places you can buy shirts from and they are cheap, they will do team name and numbers on them for you. Get your team together and send us your team name and the team list through to us. If you can, send us the team before registration in order to see if we have enough teams to proceed. We will have to have enough teams to go ahead so please feel free to share this post and get the word out. Please contact: Rae Corby- Oberon Golf Club Thursday golf results for October 16.
