Thursday golf results for September 11

Well the rain cleared and we were able to get a game in. The winner with 30 points was David McFarlane and runner up on a three way count back went to Tony Ryan.

Balls went to Kim Rawlings, Peter Griffiths, Jesse Graham, Jason Barllett, Mitch Hollihan, Barry Hoolihan and Wayne Boserio.

Nearest to the pin on the 7th was won by Tony Ryan

A rare feat just witnessed this Saturday morning on a golf course with Hamish Anderson having a hole in one on a par four on the 3rd hole. Well done!!

Saturday Stableford Results.

A stunning spring day with 58 starters and it was great to see a lot of happy social players.

A Grade was won by Ian Fowler with 42. The runner up was Terry Robinson with 38.
B. Grade was won by Garry Willis with 41. The runner up was Cheyne Barker with 40.

Another big congratulations to Hamish Anderson with a hole in one on the 3rd which is a par 4!

District Athletics

On Friday 5th September, 42 students attended the Bathurst District Athletics Carnival. All the students displayed great sportsmanship, determination and perseverance. Our athletes had a very successful day, with many making it to the finals or achieving personal bests in their events. Congratulations to the following students for being selected to represent Bathurst District and will compete at the Western Region carnival next Friday in Dubbo:

Harper Graham - 3rd Shot put
Jai Hay - 3rd 100m
Ruby King - 1st 100m
Georgiana Mavros - 1st 800m

Lexi Booth - 1st High Jump, 3rd Long jump, 1st 100m and 1st 200m.

A special mention to Lexi Booth who was awarded the 11 years girls Bathurst District Age champion. Congratulations.
