Championship Fours were played at Orange City. Our team of Jason, Keith, Robyn and Nico played really well and were on the comeback but, unfortunately they went down in the end 21 - 13. Well done everyone.

Saturday Stableford Results.

32 starters with 16 socials from Kingsgrove Social Golf Club.

A Grade was won by Ian Fowler with 37 OCB. The runner up was our junior superstar Nate Hotham with 37.
B Grade was won by our illustrious captain Scatch Miller!! On 37. The runner up was Peter James Stewart with 37.

It was an extremely difficult day with all grades resulting in count backs to declare the closest winners we have had in some time!!

Nearest to the pins were:

1st - Jesse Graham 60cm
7th - Borto 190cm
9th - Hutcho 287cm
17th - Blake Miller 410cm

How Awesome is our Pony Club Instructor Emma Whalan? On behalf of Oberon Pony Club I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for all you time and dedication to our club! To organise the rallies, instruct our kids, and do a lot of the behind the scenes work as well as putting in the time and effort to go and get qualified! Pony club wouldn't run without volunteers and we are very lucky to have you Emma! Thank you!!

Off to Western

On Monday, a team of 16 students attended the 1500m and High Jump district event in Bathurst. The students all displayed amazing sportsmanship and determination. Congratulations to Maisy Christie-Johnston who came 2nd in the 1500m, Brax Booth who finished 3rd in the junior boys high jump (1.23m) and Lexi Booth (1.24m) who finished 1st in the junior girls high jump. Congratulations to both Brax and Lexi who qualified for the Western Region carnival.
