The weekend in sport July 11, 2024 Oberon Tigers Senior League It was a mixed week for the senior teams at Grenfell with the league tag ladies going down 32-4 and the men winning by 44-12. Next week's matches will be against CSU at Oberon.

Oberon Golf Club Blitzing the field by 7 shots in an emphatic display today, a man who enjoys a beer or seven, our very own BX Man - Anthony Borton - took out the A-Grade July Medal today with 71 off the stick, nett 67 (-3) with Alan Cairney runner up with 74. David Zhou won the B-Grade July Medal with 73 (+3) by a shot from Arron Cooper-Durant with 74. Nearest to Pin (in cms)
Thursday golf results. Winner was Blake Pointon with 27 points, Hamish Gidley-Barin was the runner up on a 3 way count back. Balls went to Stan Evans, Kevin Hally, Phil Cummings, Josh Claridge and Chris Boardman. Nearest to the pin on the 1st was won by Tony Ryan. Oberon United Football Club It was a 2-1 win for the Under13s against Lithgow City Rangers and a 1 all draw for the women against Colegians.
