There were mixed resuilts for the Oberon United Football Club teams over the May 25-26 weekend. The Under 13s went down 0-2 to Bathurst 75 FC Under 13s but the All Age Women 3rd Grade team reversed the score by beating Bathurst 2-0.

Oberon Matters went to the Under 13s match to take some photos. This team is getting better every week and a win should surely come in the next couple of weeks. Knitting as a team takes time, but the youngsters are getting better every time at positioning themselves where they need to be on the field and communicating with each other. None of this comes naturally and learning takes effort and time but the kids want to learn and are certainly having fun doing it.

The Under 13s have a bye next week with the women meeting Macquarie FC at 7pm on Wednesday, May 29, at the Oberon Rec Ground.
