Firemen focus on fitness

On Sunday, June 22, firefighters from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 411 Oberon completed their annual fitness test at the Oberon Recreation Ground. The test was a series of gruelling tasks aimed at simulating real world conditions on a fire ground including weighted drags and step ups. Everyone gave maximum effort improving on last years times, some by 5+ minutes.
